Booking policy

• Online bookings are confirmed once payment is completed.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.
• We may release your room or seats if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

Changes & cancellations

• Bookings can be changed up to 4 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
• Full refunds are available for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be partially or non-refundable.
